Putting in the right foundations through our other services is the first part of your defence. Keeping you at that high level of compliance is just as important, which is why having HQ35 as your retained advisor can really provide peace of mind. We will support you on any technical advisory issues that might crop up and keep you and your documentation up to date with any updates required by changes to legislation or case law. We will also review the business at least once a year to make sure that the high standard of compliance is maintained. Not only that, we will be on hand to jump in and defend you in the event of an HMRC challenge.
